Fabtek Condensate Return System

All Duplex and Simplex units include a 304SS tank, SS vertical flange-mounted centrifugal pumps, NEMA 1 float switch (Simplex) or mechanical alternator (Duplex), and an SS sight-gauge assembly. Pumps and tanks are interchangeable, and the 304SS tank carries a 20-year warranty against corrosion failure.

Energy Recovery
Cleaver-Brooks Heat Recovery Solutions

Reduce costs and environmental impact by recovering waste heat or steam and reusing it elsewhere in the system.
- Stack economizer — recover heat from flue gases that would otherwise be wasted and save up to 5% on your fuel bill. For high make-up systems, a two-stage economizer adds a second stage to preheat deaerator make-up water, raising boiler efficiency up to 95%.
- Condensing economizer — save on fuel and increase fuel-to-steam efficiency up to 90%.
Cannon Boiler Works Economizers

Three parameters determine the best heat-recovery product for you: fuel type, acceptable exhaust backpressure, and inlet water temperature.
- Feedwater Heater — small boilers, natural gas, non-condensing flue gas. Inlet 150–250°F.
- Gas Condensing Water Heater — small and large systems, natural gas, condensing flue gas. Inlet 40–150°F.
- Heavy Duty Economizer — large systems burning dirty fuels, non-condensing flue gas. Inlet 200°F minimum.
- On-Demand Economizer — fits where others won’t; natural gas, condensing flue gas. Inlet 40–150°F.
- Dual Stage Economizer — heats two streams with one economizer; small and large systems, condensing or non-condensing. Inlet 40–250°F.
